1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Crestwood Liquors ("Crestwood," "we," "us") handles information collected through crestwoodplazaliquors.com (the "Site"). 2. Information we collect

Information you give us. The only information we ask for on the Site is your email address, when you choose to join our email list (through the Site, a pop-up, or our /join page reached by QR code). We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, or payment information, and we do not sell anything through the Site. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and service providers automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This may be collected through server logs, cookies, or similar technologies. Our Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

3. How we use information

• To send the emails you signed up for — monthly deals, allocated and rare bottle announcements, and store news.
• To respond to your questions.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. Email list

Our email list is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which stores your email address and sends our emails on our behalf. Mailchimp may use standard tracking technologies (such as pixels and tracked links) so we can see whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing emails; we may keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.

We do not currently send text messages. If we ever offer text alerts, we will ask for your separate, express consent before sending any.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Site and our email list (for example, our website host Framer, Mailchimp, and Google for fonts and maps), who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crestwood, our customers, or others;
• In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business, subject to this Policy.

6. Third-party sites

The Site links to services we do not control, including Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook, and Linktree. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your email address while you are subscribed, and afterward only as long as needed to honor your unsubscribe request, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You may also ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days and may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, including Maryland, you may have additional privacy rights under state law; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of any such activity.

10. Age requirement

The Site is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
