Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of crestwoodplazaliquors.com (the "Site"), operated by Crestwood Liquors ("Crestwood," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. You must be 21 or older

The Site promotes alcoholic beverages and is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or joining our email list, you confirm that you are at least 21.

3. No online sales

The Site is for information only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver alcohol through the Site. All purchases are made in person at our store in Frederick, Maryland, subject to Maryland and Frederick County law. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. We may refuse any sale, including to anyone under 21, anyone who appears intoxicated, or anyone we believe is purchasing for a person under 21.

4. Prices, deals, and availability

• Prices and promotions shown on the Site, in our emails, or on social media are valid in-store only, for a limited time, and while supplies last. They may change or end at any time without notice.
• Quantities may be limited, and we may limit purchase quantities per customer.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes. "Cash price" offers apply only to cash payment where noted.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and do not include rain checks.
• Allocated and rare bottles are extremely limited. Showing a bottle on the Site does not guarantee it is in stock when you visit, and we do not hold or reserve bottles unless confirmed by store staff in person.
• We try to keep the Site accurate, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or images can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline to honor an incorrect price. Product images are for illustration.

5. Email list

Joining our email list is optional and free. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our use of your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Drink responsibly

Please enjoy responsibly. Never drink and drive. Nothing on the Site is health, medical, or legal advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, photos, and graphics belong to Crestwood or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brands, and logos (for example, spirits and beer brands) belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not mean those owners sponsor or endorse Crestwood.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site — for example, by submitting someone else's email address without permission, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and Linktree. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRESTWOOD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crestwood and its owners and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Frederick County, Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. General

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
